General classification of digital printing

Digital printing can be divided into digital heat transfer printing (printed on paper by digital machine and transferred to cloth) and direct jet printing
Here sublimation heat transfer, no need for color separation, direct hit color according to customer's requirements, finishing design, through the digital printer to print on paper, then through high heat (180-215 degrees) on high pressure is transferred to the fabric

Ink used: disperse ink
Material requirements: 1. It is better to use white or light color (the printed type must be darker than the grey cloth).
2. If the fabric composition must be high temperature resistant, generally choose those with complete polyester or those with relatively high polyester content, such as (65/35 polyester cotton, 80/20 polyester cotton, 95/5 polyester ammonia).
3. Do not add silicon oil to the grey cloth before printing, the setting temperature is a little higher, and the shrinkage rate of the fabric after printing is smaller
Do not add fluorescent agent, if must add cannot, add as little as possible

Direct spray printing is aimed at cotton, pure silk, human cotton, linen or cotton high content of cotton cotton polyester, cotton ammonia, also do not need color separation, according to the requirements of drawing description, color

Ink: reactive ink
Material requirements: 1. It is best to use white (or white) ripe blank, or light (the printing type must be darker than the color of the grey cloth)
2. The grey cloth must be starched before printing to ensure the rigidity and color of the grey cloth

The advantages of digital printing: fast, don't need to plate making, environment is good, the digital sample quickly, without any design color separation, high precision, colourful, administrative levels feeling is strong, can reach photos, is suitable for small orders
Disadvantages: high cost, not suitable for large orders, complex cotton process, shrinkage rate is not easy to control

2. The printing ink and fabric requirements for plate heat transfer printing are the same as those for digital heat transfer printing. The paper has white paper and yellow paper
Advantages: low unit price, suitable for mass production, bright color, rich layers
Disadvantages: it is only suitable for patterns that can be divided into different colors. It can be described in different colors
